2. Initial Consultation via Phone
The team offers advice on size, color, materials, lighting, and production time, followed by a detailed quotation.
3. Pay Deposit to Begin Production
Upon order confirmation and deposit payment, production begins.
4. Team Prepares Design for Approval
The team creates drawings for customer approval and provides ceiling support plans and electrical specifications for contractors.
5. Inspect Area and Settle Balance
Customers confirm site readiness with photos and settle the remaining balance.
6. Installation and Handover
The team installs the lighting, ensures quality, and completes the handover.

Generally, production time ranges from 60 to 120 business days, depending on the size, order quantity, design complexity, or material details.
The relationship between the lamp size and space can be interpreted in many ways. Oversized designs might add charm, while standard sizes that align with the space and budget are also reasonable. Krungthai Lighting is happy to discuss and provide recommendations on these matters.
For small, lower-value lamps, there might be a need to specify a minimum quantity. For higher-value items, production may proceed without a minimum order quantity. However, material quantities for key components used in each production might still need to put into consideration. It's recommended to submit your requirements and order quantities for accurate assessment.
For every chandelier customization, the company recommends suitable bulb types and quantities, calculating total wattage for aesthetic lighting effects, reflections, and efficiency tailored to the space size—at no additional cost. However, if customers have their own Lighting Designer, coordination to finalize lighting details is also an option.
