Easy Steps for Customization
Quick easy steps for our Custom-Made Lighting Service:
1. Please provide us with a reference picture of your lighting design (if any), the details of the room (i.e. size, height, design theme, scheduling)
2. Project sale representative will initially contact you through phone or social media platform, for an introductory session of the product to discuss the size, color, material, light source, length of production, and finally preparing a quotation for your consideration.
3. Customer pay a deposit to initiate the production process.
4. Our design team will create product drawing for approval and start production. As well as submit ceiling support drawing to ensure safety of the product weight distribution, and assess the electrical appliance required at the location and specification of electric wire. With given information, client’s contractor need to start preparing related tasks in advance for our installation team.
5. Once we notify you that the product is ready, Customer is obligated to pay the remaining outstanding balance, and provide us proof by picture that the site of the area of installation is completely prepared by the contractor before we commence with our installing service.
6. Appointment of the installation service, and product handover
